Here at Aviano Coffee, Latte Art is a regular part of the coffee experience. At the espresso machine, you will find experienced, true baristi. Espresso and espresso drinks are prepared the traditional way, where the barista performs the extraction manually. Each espresso drink is made with care and attention to detail. We pride ourselves in the quality, taste and aesthetics of the product(s) we serve.

A NEW COFFEE CULTURE FOR DENVER
We designed and built our coffee house to bring a new culture of coffee to Denver, and to also set the pace for specialty coffee preparation. We aim to bring back and facilitate thought and conversation, a practice that is slowly disappearing in our high-paced culture of technology. We hope to promote meaningful conversation(s) in a setting similar to the coffee houses of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Specifically, our aim is to elevate the art of conversation, the kind where we learn from one another, gather and disseminate information and promote healthy debates centered on various political and public concerns.

Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone and everyone! Our coffee house has something to suit everyones needs. We offer great coffees from around the world, and our latte's are made with a unique artistic flair known as latte art. The tea program is just as amazing. We provide our customers with Intelligentsia teas (spectacular!). Aviano Coffee supports Denvers local artists, featuring a new artist monthly. We provide a comfortable environment with an engaging Town Hall series every week. For the night owls, Aviano Coffee will soon extend our hours to 11:00PM on Friday and Saturday nights, providing Denvers nightlife a place to stop when they are not ready to stop having fun. We also plan on staying open later for students who are cramming for a test. In short, we hope to meet all of Denver, and we look forward to it.

I stopped in yesterday and had a perfectly decent cappuccino made by the woman at the counter, though not the amazingly godlike version that Doug whipped up last time I was there....
