Old records, beautiful people, old people, beautiful records, the city, the beach, the forest, desire, mortality, relativity, the limits of human understanding, the limitlessness of both compassion and cruelty, funny stuff, our families, our jobs, our neighborhoods, the pregnant twitch that surfaces when you're left alone with time.
B and Not B digs the vintage pop. But we're hopelessly stuck in the present. People seem to really like our songs, and we love singing them in harmony. We sing about things like the planet Venus, bad luck, virtual worlds, dreams deferred, writer's block, and arm-biting. We have a lot of fun playing shows, and we're looking forward to touring around more.
We've been together since August 2008, and our first record will be out this Fall. Stay tuned!
