Influences
Ben's bass playing is influenced by Geezer Butler, Steve Digiorgio, David Harbour, and Stuart Hamm; in his initiatory period he was also influenced, to a limited extent, by Cliff Burton and David Ellefson.
Ben cites King Diamond, Michael Harris, Glenn Danzig, and Black Sabbath as his main over-all musical influences.

Ben Kuzay is a solo artist and freelance bassist. He also gives private and group bass guitar lessons. Kuzay released his debut album "In The Halls Of The Punisher" in 2007, and played bass for Monstrosity on their "Icons Of The Apocalypse" U.S. tour (as direct support for Vital Remains) in 2008. He is the bassist of Joel Wanasek (since 2001), and is a former member of Wykked Wytch (August 2002-December 2002). Ben has also played with Richard Christy (Death, Iced Earth, Howard Stern Show), Duane Timlin (Divine Empire, Forest Of Impaled, Judas Iscariot), and many others.
Ben reads music fluently, and travels around the world, playing with many different and diverse musical acts. He also has recorded original music with producers such as Jason Suecof (Audiohammer{Orlando, Florida}), James Creer (Sonic Cauldron{Orlando, Florida}), and many others.
