Not really a band, though I play in one in my alter-ego (for some of that, check us out [AND OUR FANTASTIC NEW CD "MAYBE TODAY"!!!] at: Solomon Band - featuring the songs of the one and only Lenny Solomon)...this page is my way to get some of MY songs out there, free for all...I don't actually have a pre-set idea or vision for songs, they just seem to show up to visit like long-lost friends that never go home or something, a combination of memory and surprise, coming out of too long and too much, years gone by, music, nights in bars, journeys to the end of the night, love lost and longing and so on. So the writing is more like sorting and separating, throwing out the mundane, and finding symbolic meaning in the rest, the good, the bad and the ugly...so please enjoy, and consider these not as an excercise in recording technique, but simple lo-fi fun, with no method or premediation, just here and now, somehow, so an aspiring critic could have a field day with these...but of course, the critics, and the purists, all criticize and purify, that which was never meant to be critical or pure. Thanks to all who have listened and provided feedback! Cheers 8^)EMailBillyG

Deal with the Real man! Sounds great! A little ZZ Top, a little Oh Woman Oh Why by Macca...stir it up. Now you should slap a Mel Schacher bass line on and you will rock the world. Great to hang out and jam the other day. Inspirational for me too.
Hey B.G., Really digging all the new music. Since you were offering....I downloaded it and will listen to it over and over again! Hope you'll get it out live sometime soon.....
Hey B.G., I see you're on line. Interesting how we can look into each others lives like that. Looking forward to doing the gig at Oasis with you on Nov. 2nd. We'll rock the house...or folk it...or something.
Hi Bill,
I guess I should tell ya that I got an email from a Myspace friend who told me he really admired your guitar work on Maybe Today. He has good taste.

Hey Billy G.,
It was great to see & hear you and the Solomon tribe last Saturday. Thanks for entertaining the masses. We missed you sleeping in the studio.....Was Felix worth it?
