Sounds Like
Indie rock on a big scale, sometimes upbeat, sometimes angry, sometimes sexy, sometimes proggy, always memorable, and with a touch of the wry English gent.
From deranged carnival waltzes to extended space funk pop ditties via Yiddish sounding orchestral rants about an ex-girlfriend, Boog is a London based four piece dance troupe aiming to find a niche between lofty musical ambition and enjoyable pop, with songs covering all the great topics: robotic girls, subterranean taverns, space travel, religion, public transport, existential vestibules, and good old fashioned love. The band can oftentimes be spotted parading its merry dance around the dancehalls and saloons of London Town, Oxford and Southend.
