Bosc officially started playing music together in the spring of 2005. The band members having all been roommates at one point, have a friendship that translates directly to their music. This bond led the members on a mission to make music to share with a few of their friends. The response was enough to persuade the band to record their first EP which released in April 2006.
Their EP was released to favorable audiences with several tracks becoming instant fan favorites. The success of their four-track EP took Bosc on the road to play shows from Charlotte, DC, Chicago, Philadelphia, Purple Door, and all over central Virginia. Being received well wherever they go, the group is ready to start recording their second release this spring.
With the help of a unique vocal range and tasteful piano licks, the gentlemen from Bosc have been able to craft poetic snapshots of life. Aesthetically, the music emits a full myriad of palatable colors and elegant shapes. Their inspiration, drawn from personal experiences and relationships, has directed their music to relate closely to the changing seasons of love, hope, creativity, and inspiration.
Bosc is currently working on a second release due out in mid-2007. The disc will include new takes on some of your favorite Bosc songs as well as guests artists. The 2007 release will also debut new music from the band.

Hey Bosc some friends and I met 2 of you guys at a taking back sunday concert forever ago... and while I really no longer listen to taking back sunday I listen to you guys all the time, and I just wanted to let you know your songs are really some of my favorite.
