We are a punk band from Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Our first album was released in May 2008 and we performed our first Canadian tour upon the release of that album. The following year, on exactly the same date, we embarked on our 2nd tour, this time hitting places like Whitehorse, Yukon and St. John's, Newfoundland. It was fun, and we want to tour more. We are now gearing up to record our 2nd full length and plan on playing locally until we can once again hit the road. As always, let us know about your band/projects/self. We're always interested in the spread/development of scenes across the world.
For a whack of stuff about us, go to our website . It has updated tour dates, distro info, a "real" bio, video's, interviews, reviews...you name it.

This is our first album, released on Rebel Time Records , a Canadian Punk Rock Label based in Hamilton Ontario.
"Yesterday, You Could Change The World" is chock full of anger, energy and attitude; insightful and incendiary sing-a-longs that aim to both fan the flames and fire you up. 14 politically-charged, up-tempo and in-your-face punk rock rallying cries."

"West coast politi-punks the Rebel Spell just met their East coast equivalent. Proof positive that the political opinions most crusty/street punk bands strive to instil in their fans don’t go unnoticed, agitated quartet Broadcast Zero blaze forth with their inspired take on the state of the world. Infusing many personal and anecdotal elements into the fold though, they escape the trappings that weigh down their contemporaries, resulting in tunes that are equal parts sincere and informative. More importantly though, the fervour with which Yesterday, You Could Change The World is delivered seems unparalleled. Every track attacks as if it were the last moment these boys will have on the face of the Earth, relegating the aggression acts such as the Casualties or Total Chaos affect somewhat like, well, bullshit. This is the new breed of street-wise punks and their enthusiasm, vigour and dominance are fucking brilliant. (Exclaim)
"Blood sweat, beers and tears went into this one and it really shows, with 14 tracks of immensely catchy guitar-driven punk rock and snarly vocals about life, love and the pursuit of happiness. Musically, they are reminiscent of Dillinger Four and that era of early 90s punk rock – they certainly wear their influences on their sleeves. After seeing them live recently, I was thoroughly impressed with how in-sync they are with each other and it isn’t often you see the lead guitarist holding down the lead vocalist spot as well." (Absolute Underground)
"It's punk innit." (MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL))
"A fine and dandy release of street punk songs with a blend of pop punk from this band from Canada. The songs are chock full of melody with an abundance of sing-a-longs that moves along at fine pace to keep the energy and fun going strong. From first listen, I was enjoying the whole experience. Great hooks and good production make these songs memorable and should keep you humming well after the CD has ended." (Profane Existence)
