Brother Bean Global Coffee House reopened in January, 2009, by the Venango Training & Development Center, Inc. (VTDC) As the new owners, we will continue the tradition set in place by Bruce and Gwen Kahler, providing exquisitely good coffees, teas, food and gifts. But most importantly, we will continue to provide the community with a gathering place for meetings, social gatherings, games and entertainment. Professional and businesses can access a computer or WYFI and do business in a warm, quiet atmosphere or schedule meetings in our private "FREE" meeting space. Families and youth can feel safe and comfortable socializing and playing board games from all over the world. From live musical performances and improvisational comedy to local artists exhibiting their art there is something for everyone.
VTDC is a private non-profit corporation providing a wide range of services to the community for over 36 years. We purchased Brother Bean Global Coffee house to ensure that the community continued to have access to quality food and drink in the welcome environment to which they have been accustomed. In addition, VTDC continually strives to create vocational and employment opportunities and promotes entrepreneur activities. VTDC is very excited to add Janeil Toddhunter as the Brother Bean Global Coffee House Manager and Barista Extraordinaire! Janeil has been trained by some of the best Barista's in the community. With a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Business from Penn State and the fact that she is a real people person, we have been blessed. As a pianist, musician and songwriter for the past 20 years, she is directly connected to local and regional musicians. She and her staff love to meet new people and welcome everyone to stop by.
The purpose of this myspace is to meet people interested in coffee houses and performers who might want to play our venue. If you are a musician, artist, business or community friend, please connect with us.

In addition to a delicious selection of espresso drinks, teas, sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups we want to continue to provide an excellent venue in Venango County. So far we have had live performances every Sat. night including blues, jazz, classic country, classic rock, alternative rock, indie, experimental, and alternative folk.
Please spread the word that we are looking for musicians that want to play a Coffee House. We will use this myspace to send announcements of our scheduled performances.
We have a game night every Friday night starting at 6:30 pm. We have games from all over the world. Come with friends, sit, talk, play! We stay open until 10 pm on game night!

Hello. If you have a spare second could you please help us name our band. We have narrowed the list to these 3 names and we are asking all of our myspace friends to vote on which one they like the best. The name with the most votes will be our name. i should be pretty good for anytime in june. there is a possibility my other band might be touring in june, but as of right now there are no plans set in stone, that would be the only thing that would alter that. it would just be me playing if i came through as well, so i would say whatever the earliest date is that you may have in june, i can do it!
