!!! End Code To Apply Top Banner !!! Assaulter – An Australian three-piece band aligning with the Speed Metal tradition with a new view to kill.
Formed as such in 2005 with the release of the 3 track demo ‘Proselytiser’, Assaulter showed a stripped back approach to Metal with a dark and epic feel – Consisting solely of S. Berserker, with the assistance of L. Bonic on the skins, it received a positive response both in Australia and overseas.
With the aim of forming a solid band, AC was recruited for the drum crushing and battery. After some time the 2nd demo “Omnipotent” was recorded in late 2006. With the Speed angle increased, this demo presented the cut that is Assaulter: Thrash and Death metal hooks with an epic overtone. This was pushed further with the release of the 'Subservience' 7" through Iron Bonehead in mid 2008 which featured 2 songs of both deathrash and epic sprawl.
As 2008 drew to a close lead guitarist T.Hellfinder was enlisted to add another guitar dimension to the barrage.
Onward and Upward entering 2009.....

Our blistering debut album 'Salvation Like Destruction' is officially unleashed!!! 7 fresh cuts of ripping Metal full of venom and spite.
The CD is OUT NOW! Released by virtue of the master purveyors of pestilence, Pulverised Records.
Also available carved deep into black wax and sprawled by Germany's High Roller records in conspiracy with Iron Bonehead.

We have been busy...
Just out through Iron Bonehead Productions is the very heavy, very metal split 7" with brothers in arms Trench Hell!
A new song by each band, recorded in the same weekend session, in the same spirit. Limited gatefold release in 1000 copies, carved into black vinyl only.
The new track 'Beware the Wounded Beast' is featured on our behalf, exclusive for this release only. It's also the first work including our resident shredguru T.Hellfinder.

This slab of occult black metal is NOW summoned as a double vinyl in order to guarantee the best possible sound. Three sides contain music, while side D is laser etched for all versions. It is housed in a beautiful, varnished gatefold cover and will contain a 12" x 24" insert with lyrics and additional artwork.
