Tivo runs my TV watching which is mostly Adult Swim (Venture Bros., Metalocalypse, Robot Chicken, ATHF, Harvey Birdman, Lucy Daughter of the Devil, Frisky Dingo, etc.), Sci-Fi channel (B.S.G., Eureka), Supernatural and even NBC's Thursday line-up. It owns me.

Josh, I remember when you 1st showed up on the UFC seen many years ago and I was always impressed by your abilities..I can remember telling my training partners about your style and to look out for you on the horizon...I even remeber going out and trying to find Carl Gotch and Erik Paulson instructionals...You have only gotten better over the years and I wish you all the best for the future.
Another one bites the dust! Nice win and congrat's on the closure that must have come with it. Question: Did the rules require bare feet? In a seminar, you said you always chose shoes to prevent toe-nails torn off and such. Didn't know if the opinion changed or the rules banned fighting shoes.
