Carla Lynne Hall is a fiercely independent singer/songwriter. Known in musician circles as the DIY Diva (Do-it-Yourself), the Harlem, NY singer/songwriter has been writing and performing her original music and gaining fans along the way. Her music, released on her own Moxie Entertainment label, showcases her unique blend of jazz, twang, and soul. Her warm vocal stylings and charismatic performances have been called a cross between Norah Jones and India.Arie. According to Rockrgrl Magazine, Halls velvet voice and heartbreaking songs draw you in with their richness. In 2001, Carla released her debut CD, Front and Center. I am grateful for friendship. Firestar is down to earth like I am; it is why I am doing this to help promote her.
