I was born in palatina. My first musical interests started during the childrens hours in the church at the age of 4 where I was fascinated by the big sound of the organ. Then I started up by singing in different children church choirs. I was raised in Hamburg. There I grew into music through my beloved english and music and popchoir teacher Winfried Kraft. As we learned english vocabulary by singing all Beatles Songs, I by the way learned some important matters about music with him. He taught me to play poppiano-, bass-, guitar- and drumbasics. I had my first LP´s at the age of 14 and 15 with this popchoir as a vocal solist with the songs "California Dreamin" of Mamas and Papas and "Standing on the inside" from Neil Sedaka. Back in palatina then at the age of 17, I passed 2 years of germans classical music programm at a musicschool: Flute lessons, Piano lessons, Singing lessons. Dance-Lessons in Ballet, Jazz, Modern. With 18 I decided to study music, even if I wasn´t basically raised in music, as people are, who want to become music professionals, because of some unpredictable family problems. After 2 Years of strong training I passed my entry-exam at the university of music in stuttgart. Then I studied music and dance in stuttgart and cologne at the universities of music. I worked, produced and taught at the university of music and drama in stuttgart and weimar. Besides this I worked for different art-, theater-, film-, music- and modeling projects,in lots of different places allover europe. I am looking forward for the founding a new band. My most preffered setting would be: drums, bass, cello, guitar, and me vocals and piano. target 2008. Another aim is is to produce & moderate a television show called "Calla Music Planet" in colaboration with a televisionchannel, that reports from all over the world about the musiceducation of different volks. And now last but not least my biggest hugs and thanks to all my students and especially to Martin Buecker and Bernhard Storz from Storz Medienfabrik, www.storz.de, for there gratitude over the last 5 years.
