Central Oklahoma Parrothead Association (COPA) is a group of people who enjoy the writings and music of Jimmy Buffett and the lifestyle he portrays. Sometimes known as "Angels in Tropical Shirts", we share in social and community betterment activities. We "Party With A Purpose" while serving our local and global communities as a service organization.
We, also, have a lot of fun getting together, sharing stories and just enjoying life.
We are an Official Member of Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHIP).
A community service organization and we participate as volunteers in various services.
Some of the community service projects we participate in include:
Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, which supplies people with emergency food supplies. We have canned food collections for the food bank, as well as monetary collections.
OK CASA for families in need.
Collect old cell phones to be programmed to call "911". They are distributed to people who may need to make emergency calls for help.
Other various fundraisers and activities...as we 'Party With A Purpose'.
