DEAD MEANS NOTHING ( Navarra ,Spain ) borns as a band in the end of 2003 when oskar and david (they have played in bands like billy goat,wich reached the semifinals at villa de bilbao competition and sarraski wich was semi-finalist at pop rock navarro 96 competition.)joined guillermo (drummer of qwar)just to have a good time playing together. after 4 months,they realized that they had good songs and they wanted to do something with them,so they decided to call dani (he has played and singed in several bands) because he has a great melodic voice and bloodcurdling screams too.they start composing and rehearsaling their songs building the great presonality they have today and they start making concert all around pamplona and irurzun. after the good reception of the people, they decide to record their first demo at 4i studios in estella (navarra) with iñaki mateo and iñaki llarena as recorders,producers,and mixers. in the 2006 they are among the 12 finalits in the competition organized by NUCLEAR BLAST .
at the moment they are burdening their first disk under the record label Fragment Records and Three Point Records. Igor and Iñigo from the metal band called Dawn of the Maya are the new members as vocalist and guitar.
DEAD MEANS NOTHINGDEAD MEANS NOTHING ( Navarra, España ) nace como grupo a finales del año 2003, cuando se juntan Oskar y David (los dos han pasado por grupos como BILLY GOAT, el cual quedó semifinalista en el concurso Villa de Bilbao 2002 y Sarraski, semifinalistas del pop rock navarro 96..)y después se une Guillermo (bateria de QWER).
Pasados unos meses y tras ver que la cosa sonaba e iba hacia adelante, deciden llamar a Dani (que ha tocado y cantado en diferentes bandas como Not Enough, Doubtful...) atraidos por su voz, melódica y a su vez gritona y desgarradora. Los 4 empiezan a componer y preparar el repertorio y cojer la personalidad propia que poseen, dando sus primeros conciertos en locales de la zona. Tras ver la buena acogida en los conciertos, deciden grabar su primera demo en los estudios "4i" con la grabación y producción de Iñaki Mateo e Iñaki Llarena. En el 2006 son elegidos de entre los doce finalistas del concurso internacional organizado por NUCLEAR BLAST. A finales del 2006 empiezan a grabar el disco llamado "Seeds of Hate" que actualmetne están presentando por España y que ha sido editado por los sellos Fragment Records y Three Point Records. Recientemente, un cambio de formación ha hecho que Igor e Iñigo, vocalista y guitarra, se unan al grupo, ambos de la formación de metal Dawn of the Maya y con los cuales llegan a la final del VILLA DE BILBAO quedando en tercera posicion.
