Bio
DJ Morse Code's versatility, skill, and experience speaks for itself. Born and raised in San Francisco, Nathaniel Morse offers his own unique eclectic style combining his early influences from the Bay with his new home, Los Angeles. After moving to Southern California in 2007 he has cemented himself in the local scene both in the glitzy clubs of Hollywood and the musically sophisticated parties on the East side and Downtown. His noteworthy style brought him to DJ AM's attention in 2005, who later signed Morse onto the infamous Deckstar starting roster. In 2010, he won Redbull's first United States "3style" DJ battle in LA, and is appearing this year as a featured guest and judge, establishing that he is both cutting edge and grounded in the roots of DJ culture. With frequent dates on the road in addition to his LA residencies, Morse stays busy. In LA you can find Morse DJing at Eden, MyStudio, Trousdale, Drai's, Crownbar, and Teddy's. He has a Wed party at The Shortstop called Wildlife, which often features high profile guests and is packed to capacity every week. He has guest DJ'ed numerous times at the legendary Do-Over party. His notoriety has brought him to 1Oak in NY, Vanity in Las Vegas, and Sub 51 in Chicago. Morse is currently working on a downtempo disco-house chillwave production project with (Thee) Mike B called Pools and has two forthcoming 12" singles on the Do-Over record label, Spills, along with an exclusive original track featured on the Scion-sponsored SWS compilation. Pools is also featured as one of the residents on the Swimming with Sharks party this summer, with coast to coast sets at pool parties at Le Bain in NYC and the Standard Downtown LA. With this much on his plate, it may seem challenging to most but Morse is up for it. With a firm belief that you have to be a nut to get into show business and that a serious love for what you do is essential to longevity, his lifelong journey as a music junkie has prepared him for everything along the way. It is clear that the best is yet to come... -

10 of 531Moredude you totally had mad skills at the DJ AM thing at The Fast Life. It was a honor just to be in the same room as you. Really hope I get to be as good as you.
All Music makes an influence on all of us. It's that one song that makes an artist and it's the passed choice that makes the listener, but when you have the one's that grab the "rhyme&soul" it creates the harmonic balance between us. Just remember even the creators Still listen, even to us when they wanna get away. Might not be when you expect it like a good dream. When it comes you don't wanna wake from it. So when it's your time to shine make it like your dream and stay in it. ~Equal~Sector~ ~(Equation of Section)~
