◆1997年、VocalのKOHKIによりDESTRUCT SYSTEMの前身となるBITCHを結成。
当初はDrum 、Guitar、Vocalの3人といったシンプルな編成に、サンプラーとシーケンスを多用したインダストリアルサウンドと、ファットなシンセベースを用いたエレクトロボディーミュージックの要素を融合し、都内ライブハウスやクラブ等で活動していた。
◆2000年になりGuitarが脱退するがロック色を強めたいというKOHKIの意向により、新たにBassと現GuitarのATSUSHIが加入。それに合わせバンド名をDESTRUCT SYSTEMに改名。後にDrumとBassが脱退するが、現BassのYAMAGUCHI(Carre)と現DrumのDRAGON(Japanese Babies.Duct Projects) がライブサポートとして加入する。そして2007年7月にmorgueからGuitarのTAKAYAとKeyboard のSHINGOが加入し、更にヘヴィでフィジカルなサウンドを打ち出すべく、現在の6人編成になる。
◆日本ゴシック界のカリスマ、AUTO-MODが主催する東京ダークキャッスルを始め多数のイベントでライブを行い、2007年6月に芝浦CUBEで行われたCyber Punk Fesに出演し、De-Laxの宙也率いるLoopus、元Soft Balletの森岡賢等との共演を果たす。
◆2002年にシングル「DESTRUCT SYSTEM」発売。
◆2003年にリミックスアルバム「Mr.Destructive Many Artists」発売。これにはDespair(Rieu) 、AURAL VAMPIRE(RAVE MAN)、CARRE等が参加。
◆2006年6月、DVDマガジン「GALACTIKA special issue vol.22」にてライブ映像が収録され、2007年には東京ダークキャッスル企画のコンピレーションアルバム「TOKYO DARK CASTLE」に参加。また同時期に海外向けのコンピレーションアルバム「DARK WATERS」にも参加する。

Gargoyle in Virtue is a Gothic Rock solo project from the UK, inspired by elements of the Visual Kei movement from Japan. Kizoku creates a dark and quirky world of Baroque imagery and over-the-top gothic stylings where aesthetics and music merge as one
