Hello... my name is Devin. Back in the middle of '05, I self-released an album called "Lonely People of the World, Unite!" I worked on it for a very long time, recording most of it by myself at home. It got positively reviewed in many publications, including Entertainment Weekly. Then I started a band and we went on tour. We shared the stage with Death Cab For Cutie, Tilly & The Wall, Rogue Wave, Tobin Sprout, Beirut, Margot & Her Nuclear So and So's, Langhorne Slim, Death Vessel, Medications, and Adam Green to name a few) and performed live on KEXP on three occasions. I also toured by myself, with the help of an inflatable mattress. Last year I contributed a song to the KIll Rock Stars compilation "The Sound The Hare Heard" along with popular artists such as Sufjan Stevens, Colin Meloy, and Laura Veirs
I AM WORKING EVERY DAY ON THE NEW ALBUM. IT IS ALL THAT I DO. I AM HOPING BEYOND HOPE TO FINISH IT BY THE END OF THE YEAR. I AM VERY VERY EXCITED BY HOW IT IS SHAPING UP. I CAN HEAR IT, I JUST HAVE SOME WORK LEFT. PLEASE STAY TUNED, (THANKS TO EVERYBODY WHO HAS WRITTEN INQUIRING ABOUT IT'S PROGRESS).
