London based rock group Dirth was formed in Spring of 2005 by Singer/ Songwriter Alec from Boston, Massachusetts. He then met drummer Jon Moss (Culture Club, Adam & the Ants, the Damned, etc) and the two have now been joined by Guitarist Matt Drozd from Poland and Guitarist Gerald Lim from Singapore. They are currently performing showcase gigs in and around London.

John Kennedy from XFM radio hosts the night & has already played "THE KOOLER KINGS" on his show. John discovered "Jamie T" & "Good Shoes" both from the Wimbledon area.The Wimbledon music scene is developing as a real place to discover new talent with "The Watershed" venue & XFM's John Kennedy leading the way.

I saw the report on your site about your last gig. I just wish I could have been there to hear Jon sing. How cool and exciting!!!
How's it going? Hope you are well. We just put some new tracks and new versions on the page and we hope you will stop by and check them out.
We had 'Don't Curse the Sun' mastered by a guy named Bunt who has mastered many great records including some by Morrissey, the Magic Numbers, and Thom York's latest amongst others. We had the drums have been properly recorded first, and now we are going through all the tunes in the same way to finish them up.
Our other news of the moment is about Garageband.com. We are up at no.27 in the alt pop charts(no.1 in our round) and so they are going to promote us to Clear Channel radio stations across the USA. We will have a list of stations on our page within a couple of weeks!
Meanwhile we'd love to hear what you think of our final version of 'Dont Curse the Sun' and of the other 3 tunes. A couple new ones will be up in a week or so.
