Music
I love music that inspires me. Whether it's to move my body, relax, laugh or cry, music is the ultimate mood shifter. Oh, and I love to sing. In fact, I'm singing now as I write this :)
Movies
My preference are foreign films without hollywood endings. Joey can stand them, though, so mostly our Blockbuster rental card is used to access action, comedies, drama, horror and animation. I love children's films. I guess I never grew up!
Television
Don't really watch it much. When I do I can be absorbed by anything. Except Cops. I hate that show.
Books
Non fiction business books are my preference. Novels are too asborbing. I literally cannot put them down, and obsess about them until I've finished them. For me, stopping and starting a book is like stopping and starting a movie, it's just not to be done.
Heroes
Anyone who has taken a moment out of their self absorbed lives to do something for someone else, out of love, without expectation of acknowledgement or return.
