Wir sind eine Gemeinschaft von Freunden harter, niederfrequenter Musik und haben uns auf die Fahnen geschrieben die Musikszene in Bielefeld und darüber hinaus mit erwählten Konzerten aus dem Psychedelic/Stoner/Doom/Sludge/Drone Bereich zu beleben...
Daher haben wir mit dem zunächst jährlich geplanten 'DOOM OVER BIELEFELD' Festival im Frühjahr eine Konzertreihe ins Leben gerufen die sich bereits nach dem zweiten Mal etabliert hat. Dies bietet uns nun die Möglichkeit eine weitere Edition im Herbst zu veranstalten. Neben den DoB Festivals organisieren wir bei passendem Termin und Angebot zusätzlich 1-2 weitere Events im Jahr. Unser Team ist ständig auf der Suche nach interessanten, bekannten oder unbekannten Bands aus dem Over- wie Underground und steht für alle Fragen gern zur Verfügung!

Die Location, der gemütliche FALKENDOM in Bielefeld mit einem Fassungsvermögen von ca. 280 Leuten, unsere ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit -von Fans für Fans- sowie unser herausragendes Catering entwickeln ein einzigartiges Flair und sind sowohl für Bands als auch für Besucher von ausserhalb immer einen Besuch wert. Bielefeld verfügt über zahlreiche, preisgünstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten.

In 2007 the 'DOOM OVER BIELEFELD' festival appeared for the first time on the map of german heavy rock events. The DoB team is an independent and uncommercially operating community of friends and fans organising unique events in the psychedelic/stoner/doom/sludge/drone genre. All concerts are financed out of our own pockets without any intention and ability for profit but still Doom over Bielefeld can offer surprisingly high standards though always moving at rather low budget. An enthusiastic team that puts all engagement and love for heavy music into this series became strong and skilled enough in the past to work with bands of any rank and status. We are located at Falkendom Bielefeld, a very nice club in the center of Bielefeld not far from railway station and with a maximum capacity of 280 people approx. A very relaxed atmosphere with good sound equipment and first class catering for bands and helpers is trademark at our events and makes it memorable for every artist and visitor who is often covering long distances to join us.

At the moment we are organising two regular DOOM OVER BIELEFELD festivals in spring and autumn but there might be 1-2 more events in a year to be powered by the DoB team. We are always looking for interesting bands from the over- and underground and are open to your questions.
