I was born in israel 1959-Sagittarius. Studied classical piano and accordion. My first rock band was called:"Gan-Eden" I joined the band as a rock keyboard player with my Farfisa organ.Later i got my Fender Rhodes and SY1 Yamaha synthesizer.Now i am basically working with Roland gear.I am proud of my Prophet 5 synthesizer in a very good condition.
Few years later I joined :"The friends of Natasha" a top Israeli rock band for five years.I played with Shlomo Gronich,Mati Caspi, Dani Sanderson,Meny Beger and many others. I toured with the late ..Ofra Haza Played with Ishtar of Alabina and with the great singer Boaz Sharabi. 
I Produced many records for top israeli singers including "Forbidden Fruit"by Corrine Alal. 
For 4 years i was arranger and player for the popular Friday night show" The Tavern"were i met so many different music styles and started to create world and ethnic music along with classical piano pieces and accordion.
I have my own ensemble: "The Peace Ensemble" playing material i wrote for the past 20 years.The style is a mix of world,ethnic,acoustic-electronic music. 
I have my own recording studio at home where i record my own music and writing music for television ( baby t.v.) which is broadcasts in 100 countries aroud the world. My track "Sometimes"was released in a compilation disc by Lakeland records U.K.

דורון פיקר-פסנתרן,מלחין,מפיק מוזיקלי ומורה,יליד נתניה,למד כ-12 שנים פסנתר קלאסי ואקורדיון.בגיל 17 הצטרף ללהקת "גן עדן" המיתולוגית (מני בגר,מישל עמר מיקי גל ודני ממן). לאחר כמה שנות פעילות בלהקה,החל להופיע עם קורין אלאל והפיק לה את הדיסק השני שלה-"פירות אסורים".לאחר מכן הצטרף ל"חברים של נאטאשה" עד התפרקותה ב-1998
דורון הפיק למאיר אריאל את "שיר הקומבינה" וניגן בדיסק האגדי רישומי פחם
דורון הפיק מוזיקלית וניצח בתכנית הפופולרית "שישי בטברנה"עם שמעון פרנס . דורון ניגן בהפקות של מייטב אומני ישראל-בועז שרעבי,אהוד מנור ז"ל,קובי אשרת,מתי כספי,שלמה גרוניך,קורין אלאל,עפרה חזה,אישתר,גליקריה,"לילה גוב" ירוסלב יעקובוביץ',אדם,הפסטיגל,ענת עצמון,אסתר שמיר,חווה אלברשטיין,יוני רועה,דני סנדרסון,מני בגר,ארז נץ ("חשמלית")ועוד. דורון הפיק פעמיים את ה"שירותרום" ומופעים ענקיים אחרים בקיסריה
דורון הלחין הרבה שירים בינהם-"שיעלה האור" (עופרי סאלם),"מלאכי הקטן" (אלי לוזון) ,"שמור על השמיים"-שרי, "זה לא משנה-"טלי שחטר

לדורון יש הרכב צ'יל-אאוט אלקטרוני-אתני עם מייטב הנגנים בארץ-מישל עמר,אילן אביב,גלעד אפרת,אלכס פולק,ורד פיקר,דורון סילשי,ניצן עין הבר,אילן קצ'קא ,יעקב לב שמח ושרלי סבח. ההרכב מתאים לפסטיבלים,ארועים גדולים וקבלות פנים
דורון העלה מופע חינוכי לבתי ספר הנקרא "סיפורי אקורדיון" בשילוב רקדן ורקדנית

דורון פיתח שיטה יחודית משלו להוראת תאוריה והרמוניה. לפי שיטה זו כל תלמיד יכול לנגן שירים בזמן קצר ביותר.בקרוב יצא הספר
