DSBP is an Industrial music label based in Albuquerque, NM. DSBP was started back in 1996 by Tommy T. The main reason why DSBP was started was to help give a stronger voice for Electro/Industrial music, and some of its near relatives and styles...Tommy T. has been an electronic music fan since he was a kid in the 80's and his goal always was to make that kind of music and to have a hand in getting that kind of music heard more in the future, and so 10 years ago the dream became reality! DSBP is still going strong and loud and will keep with it always because we have the PASSION!
in 2006 we celebrate the 10 year anniversay of DSBP with lots of new releases, new compilations with DSBP bands and DIVERJE also has a 10 year anniversary this year as well.
Music like Pop and Rap control the music world and while diversity in music styles is great, medoricity isn't. DSBP's goal is wade through the muck that the music world has become and to help expose the world to some great music that is totally ignored in the mainstream because it "tells it like it is" and actually is too good to be watered down by that mediocrity and corporate control anyways....so we keep it in the UNDERGROUND! but we need that UNDERGROUND to grow with more people who feel like we do, and want to keep the CD format and bands alive!! We worked our whole lives for this and are more passionate than ever to get the amazing talents and releases we have here heard by ALL of U!!
