About me:
I'm obsessed with the blues. In the process of learning the magic of them and how to create them. Guitar and harmonica, specifically for a couple of years. Although piano was my first instrument, I tend to stray away from it..not sure why. But I like words also and every once in a while, i can get an alright arrangement of them. I feel like I'm just beginning to get at the core of myself as an artist (that sounds so cliche) and trying to create some stuff with a little mix of contemporary spoken word-like things over blues riffs and random arrangements. Bob Dylan is my main influence with some peppy sublime-esque beats and accents hither and thither. Tu saves.
Who I'd like to meet: you, probably. Fellow artists of sorts. Poets. Musicians. Harmonica strugglers. Learned harmonicists. Publishers. He who has a word to share and, samely, she with an ear to hear a word that wants to be shared. (I tried to make that last part more poetic...reminiscent of a chiasmus, but it's barely on the verge. haha first I mistyped that so it read "barley on the verge.")

Some folks at this new radio station here want to know what is Spoken Word now! So I've decided to give them the Theory of Poetry! We will tape the show and sell the DVDs to help raise funds for KROV FM(said station). It's a public radio station that plans to put SPOKEN WORD ON THE RADIO!!! That's huge to me!!!
