San Francisco: Enablers convened and holed up at Closer recordings for 6 days on the borders of September/October 2009. With the band being a rather far-flung entity this is the new work model. Gone is the routine of getting together once or twice a week to work on material. Now it happens in dizzying eight hour hour sessions with the mics on. Reckoning on this technique shows a substantial output so far. Rest assured a new sound is emerging. Stay tuned.

oh yeah, check out my track "Ghostwritten Sequitors" Pete, I think you'll enjoy it. I wrote this song remarkably fast and with a forceful will to write almost-random lines without any meaning and knocked it out in under 20 minutes or something. So this is take 1 which was the night of the initial inspiration, so later performances of it I've amended slightly, added some specific fills and such, but this is it in a nutshell, in a nuts hell.
