hello .... as murmurists, i work with music, visuals, words and film. you can hear examples of my music on this myspace; whilst my blog contains examples of my visual artworks and writing. Some examples of each of these can be seen in this myspace's pics and blog sections, respectively.
i have a youtube page, also. in march 2008, i began the netlabel classwar karaoke; which I now operate with Adrian Beentjes, and which is based around an ongoing series of quarterly releases - dubbed surveys. the first of these, 0001 survey, was published 5th may 2008.
i play as part of the live improvising groups,
vultures, with will connor, Matt Chilton and Dan Beattie, and ithyphall.brel.gory with members of spittle rattle and ghoul detail; and, with sifir, in the.clinamen. the.clinamen's first collaboration, kog, was released by white label music in November 2009. i collaborated with colin john conass on the album dead see, released by colin johnco records in 2008. i contribute to several group-blogs: discharge; now in its fifth incarnation - i was editor of its journal, reverse metal for most of 2009; the title we just forgot,

translated text of automatic form.
best wishes, anthony

Life is a soon enough forgotten affliction/We can no more think of NOW/the immediate interval/than we can think of the past as having been and the future rendering the paradox of memory almost unbearable/The weight of death lies in its inability to be misunderstood/It makes no error/and leaves us with little hope of bearing it/Desire neither consents or refuses/it is that reserve of feeling which cannot be felt without approaching the night without sleep/Suicide is always apart from thought or truth in which the self propels itself to that place forbidden to all/foreign to will and desire/Desire to compose is a pointless obsessive search for absent meaning in the obscurity of the interim of intervals of thought/The neurotransmitter has resistance to being embedded in memory without the exact degree of trauma/Desire to compose is a search for absent meaning in the ruinous awareness of obscurity of the intervals of having just thought/Some women unveil their bodies while retaining their mystery/Regards and affection Lee Kwo

Adviruz is the artist psedonym of Istanbul’s Pinar Gurcan, whose growing passion for sound is translated through her music. Since an early age, she has been listening and mimicking opera singers, writing melodies, songs and poems in which she spoke her mind and reflected her soul. All of which are evident on "Nightly Sounds", an 8 track album which is the equivilent of having a glimpse into a diary, learning of love lost, gained, a snapshot of the human condition from which we can all draw experience... All of these things are developed musically into minimalistic glitch, noise, idm, experimental music and microsounds, its influences reminiscent of work by artists like Tujiko Noriko, Mira Calix, Plaid and Björk.
Adviruz and Section 27 present "Nightly Sounds", an intricately woven and rewarding musical tapestry. Available now for free download.
