Existential Hero is Steven Ray Morris by day just trying to figure what the music thing is all about. Once a hobby it might be more of a lifestyle. Who knows where the road leads other than some good times and some introspective times.
----------------- What Do We Do Now?
Latest record released in March, it is "largely transitional" between folk and electronica seeking some sort of peace between two opposing forces. It's chaotic and unsettling and almost unreachable, but it sounds like I'm almost there.
Reviews:
"...highlighting Existential Hero’s most subtle feature: hopeful optimism mixed with an unspoken air of “well, what if it doesn’t work out?” buried deep in the darkest metatext of the tunes."-Marc Sirdoreus at Retrolowfi
