We're Faded Cadence; just four teenagers from the Birmingham area with a passion for music.
We're not setting out to get famous or make a load of money, and we'd like to think that you thought of us as your friends, not just a band that you can never have a conversation with.
All of our comments are hand typed by one of the band members, and we'll sign at the bottom of the comment, so you know who you're talking to. We can't do anything without you, so we try to reply to every comment we recieve, but we're sorry if we don't get round to it. Send us a comment that we think has probably been sent to everyone on your friends list, and we'll probably delete it. Sorry.
You can add us on msn at fadedcadence@googlemail.com if you fancy a chat. If you're a band, put us in your top friends, and we'll return the favour, as long as you tell us we're in there.
"These guys have pure talent" Alex Baker, Kerrang! Radio
"Local heroes" Birmingham Mail
"I think Faded Cadence could turn out to be really big!" Andy Nash, Beacon Radio
"Faded Cadence managed to hold me captivated for a reason that I couldn’t put my finger on. Their mix of guitar and keys with minimal drumming and avoidance of the use of a bass guitar means that their sound is light and feel good, but is still nicely grounded by Matt Carter’s vocals." Danni, RockPulse.co.uk
"Not the most expensively recorded songs but you won’t come across anything more emotionally truthful." Tom Robinson, BBC Radio 6 Music
We are aware that 1% of people actually check the music out when a comment like this is left, however, we have stuck our demo on our myspace and would appreciate it none the less if you gave us 10 minutes of your time.
Names Annie. Im on here, just making some new friends. Thanx for the add. I did a blog titled " People need hope, especially now. He was for me", did you have a chance to read it? Please comment it. Or leave a pic comment on his pic. Someones being a good samaritan and saving lives. I've been digging for about a. year now. You can look thru my blogs if ya want. Just saw hope when I was rescued, and want to find out more about him. Thank him one day. Silly huh? Well, I was at such a low point. And I went to the bridge near grandview, to just end it all. I was going to have a kid, and what did I know about having a kid. Had no one, not even myself. And his voice just made me freeze. Like I was the only one there in the world. And just being in his presence, I felt larger than myself and yet so small, if that makes any sense. I know I would be dead if he hadn'tstopped me from jumping. And as I dug and dug, I began to see more and more of these good samaritan reports. Thus, this site. So if ya could, please leave a comment on my blog, :) A picture finally of Twilight, HIS partner
