formed for the sole reasons of getting wasted and pissing people off... we were destined to be the SHIT.
We started with 4: Justin "Clamz" Aroian-Vocals, Mike Montoya-Drums, Victor Gonzales-Guitar,and John Kumpula-Bass. It was some time in 2001, and after a while of practicing, drinking, smoking, popping, and snorting we were ready to start spreading the shit around. We had no Idea how to book shows at the time so we decided to record a demo to send out to venues and promoters and whomever else needed some shit in their ears. We hit up our buddy Kris Comouex((I probably butchered his last name.)Y4FA,Lorene Drive) who recently downloaded pro-tools, and we recorded the 1st demo (Demon(with the n x'd out) See-d). It had 8 tracks:"The Pledge", "Near Beers for Queers", "Couch life"(Fuck You Andrea), "Nazis' In Blue", "Church Is A Sin", "Lets Get Fucked Up"(the M.O), "Liquor Store Song", and "Fecal Matter Means Shit". Shortly after on New Years Eve 2001 we played our show. It was totally awesome. With-in a few weeks we decided to add a second guitarist and persuaded Mike's brother Anthony Montoya to join us. As things sometimes go, 4 of the members of the band decided it would be best for the band as whole to replace Victor with a more "functional" guitarist( It was not pleasant do to much confusion, but it did need to be done.). While on the look-out for permanent guitarist we had our buddy Michael Teal(Y4FA, Blood Stands Still) fill in for various shows when his schedule aloud, and we learned a lot about what we wanted and didn't want in a new member. Eventually we came across Brett Glazier, a 15 year old kid with a full on beard. We played and Drank and Played some more and then drank some more all the while improving our sound. As I stated before, as things sometimes go, in Late 2004 we had to say goodbye to Brett and find a more "Punctual" guitarist. We soon added Brent Woodward(Destruction's End.) to fill the spot. In July of 2005 we recorded our 2nd Demo which featured such timeless classics as "Skate To Hell", "Minimum Wage", "American Dream", "Wasting Your Life", "Stabbed In The Back"(this ones for you Victor), "Cops Kill", "Uptown-Downtown", "40oz.", "Fecal Matter Means Shit"(revised version), and a Dayglo Abortions cover "I Killed Mommy"(played as only we would.).By this time we were ready to brea out of Califorinia and spread the shit all over the world, But, and I say it again, as things sometimes go,
On September 7th, 2005 Justin Martin Aroian "Clamz" was taken from us
He was on his way home from work when he died in a car crash...
his baby daughter...Christina Marissa Aroian
was born September 9th 2005
