Just wanted to say that Martin is an excellant person to confide in about your business. If you are like me full of ideas and just never know where to start, Martin is the person that will get you headed in the right direction.
I had been spinning my wheels for several months trying to start my music career. After speaking with Martin on the first call, I learned so much that it made my head spin. Not only did he freely name several solid sources for me to try, but had the discerncent to give me the wisdom I needed (without me sharing my vision in its entirety) to get started on several projects.
What once seemed like a grueling search in the desert trying to find some hidden treasure, became easy after talking with Martin. He is a treasure worth keeping for future projects.

Martin is fantastic! I had have been doing well I have been on Bobby Jones and TBN a few times but I was not able to build a any real momentum. When I started explaining my frustrations with Martin over the phone he immediately understood my problem he told that I was not positioned correctly.
Martin came up with some truly amazing ideas on how to position my music and my ministry. Right after I got off the phone with Martin I wrote up a Press-Release and included the suggestions Martin gave me and with in 24 hours of speaking with Martin I hand sponsors lined up to donate Books and shoes to my children's ministry and had several offers to perform and for the first time I felt people really understood my ministry. I am so glad I call Martin he has been a true blessing to my ministry.

If your seeking a path, you need find a guide. For healing you, need a physician. For shelter you, need a builder. For a long time have been doing a lot on my own. I learned today, in order to succeed in life and in business you need to have a good team and I learned that from Martin Johnson who is not only a good team player, but GREAT COACH.

If you're a music artist/band (Indie or Label), it is well worth your time to consult with Martin Johnson of "First Choice Management". I'm new to this coaching concept and I was very pleased with my session. I think a lot indie artists need to have coaching sessions with Martin.
I was amazed with some of the things that he said, after our session I got on the phone and told my band members what we talked about.
Martin was really nice to talk to he didn't speak down to me and he made me feel important.
I learned a lot of new ways to position my music ministry to get more bookings, sell more music and just a lot of new ideas like before this session I didn't know what a podcast was or how it could help get our ministry out there.
We plan to schedule more coaching sessions as soon as we get some stuff together I have a lot more questions.
