When people ask me what I do, I tell them that I write songs and play guitar. I suppose I fancy myself an entertainer as well. There is something about being on stage with just a microphone and a guitar that is really intimate, cool, and vulnerable. It's a sort of 'tight rope' feeling that i've grown accustomed to. I'm sure I'll put together a full band in the near future, but for now I really like being a troubadour. There is a freedom of being spontaneous as a solo performer that I'm not ready to give up just yet.
It was great seeing you play! Thanks alot for having us play at the release, it was an honor! Congratulations again on the realease of your AWESOME CD!
Oh, almost forgot.. Going to see Mr. Schneider at the Indy in SF on May 11. Show up, and I shall buy you many adult beverages. Might even let you crash on the floor of my cheap hotel room. It's only like an eight hour drive from wherever you are. ;-)
So, I'm giving a tune away to help promote the record. I'm hoping that friends and fans will pass this link around, post the tune on their blogs, etc. We'll see if it works! Get yours here:
