About me: John Bowden is a long-term prison resister who has been in jail for most of his life. During his many years of captivity he has survived long periods of isolation, brutal beatings, and treatment amounting to torture. He has never been broken, and is one of the UK's most articulate and vociferous prison writers, and a powerful advocate of prisoners rights. Sad to hear that you are back in the clutches of the state John,I suppose it'll be back to "Glenochil" eh,I hope there's no more solitary for you old bean,if you ever get the chanc to read this,good luck for the future,and I hope things Pan out for you,it's a disgrace that you are still inside,the IRA commited worse and most of them only done half the time you have done.
