Established in 2002, Funkatech Records is a London-based record label pushing the boundaries of breakbeat, fusing the best elements of nu-skool breaks, drum'n'bass, garage and electro to give a uniquely dark but funky sound.
In mid 2005 Funkatech's sister label Sub Frequency Funk was launched to pioneer a more soulful & experimental sound on the dancefloor. Now on it's thirteenth release it continues to break the mould & push breakbeat well into the 21st century. Both labels are owned and run by MC Incyte & DJ Cubit.
