Project Funk Kartell got started in March 2008 by the executives Lenny K. and Action Niles as a top-secret mission with the objective to bring funky music back to the earth's surface bit by bit. Soon it became clear, that the project was gettin' bigger and bigger, so it was impossible to keep it underground. Trumpet-Rifleman Mr.Maple, Commandant Casiell and Bass-Eliminator Stuffman joined the party. After some battles against the Antitrust Division, Funk Kartell officially got legalized (after slipping in some cash to the court). ..From this day forth there ain't nothin' stoppin' us anymore!..
