From the dusty tobacco fields of Suffield, CT. GBNE was formed in the summer of 2005. GBNE is a 3 piece Dynamic Rock and Roll band. The core of the music is reminiscent of Nirvana/Pixies but also draws harmonies and melody from the Beatles/Elliot Smith. GBNE stands out with a variety of song types with over 100 songs already in their catalog. GBNE spans the rock and roll spectrum with songs ranging from screaming in your face punk to whispering acoustic songs. GBNE explores a different dynamic with Bass guitar solo's and drum solo's instead of conventional guitar solo's. I'll answer the burning question. Greatest Band that Never Existed? What does that mean? Consider for a moment that some of the greatest bands in the world will never be heard by you or I. Most bands will only play a few shows and some will never leave their basements/garages. The bitter reality is that only .01% of these bands will be discovered.
