.....Gina Vaporjieff-D`Orio was born on 23rd of September 1976 in Berlin.
The first gig she played in the age of 12,two days after the wall came down.
After she quit playing with her first band the Lemonbabies in 1992 she joined Throw that Beat for recording their album Superstar and went on a worldwide tour with them in 1993/1994.
In 1995 Gina V.D`Orio and Patric Catani ( Candie Hank,Puppetmastaz ) founded EC8OR.Between 1995 and 2001 they released about 3 Lps,several EPs in Japan and the U.S. and permanently toured worldwide.
In 1998 Gina V. D`Orio and Annika Line Trost founded Cobra Killer( www.cobra-killer.com) and released 4 Lps, so far.

Ich bin in einer miesen Gegend aufgewachsen, in der sich alle ständig prügelten. Gewalt war an der Tagesordnung. Schon im Kindergarten gab es Brutalität. Ein Mädchen, das etwas älter und größer war als ich, hat mich regelmäßig auf dem Nachhauseweg abgepasst und an meinen langen Zöpfen in den Dreck gezogen. In der Schule ging es weiter mit der Gewaltspirale. Mit 16 bin ich dann abgehauen und hab' angefangen, in Horrorfilmen mitzuspielen. Inzwischen habe ich es auf über 100 Filme gebracht und ich denke, dass die Gewalt und der Hass, die ich in meiner Jugend kennen gelernt habe, mir helfen, in diesen Filmen gut zu sein.

Son regard du retour éternel des barreaux s’est tellement lassé qu’il ne saisit plus rien. Il ne lui semble voir que barreaux par milliers et derrière mille barreaux, plus de monde.
La molle marche des pas flexibles et forts qui tourne dans le cercle le plus exigu paraît une danse de force autour d’un centre où dort dans la torpeur un immense vouloir.
