Band Members	Me, my computer and my Yamaha.
Influences	I have so many influences. I really will listen and play anything. I do however, like a strong melody, and I adore beautiful chord sequences. My younger years were mainly influenced by the likes of, In no paticular order:- Giorgio Moroder, Vangelis, Leroy Anderson, Elton John, Dire Straits, Jean-Michel Jarre. ...and in more recent years:- Prodigy, Robert Miles, Chemical Brothers, Fat Boy Slim, Moby, Aubrey Hodges, Dr Dre, Eminem, Snoop, Travis, Coldplay,...and of course, My mom. :-) There are loads that I have missed out there, I love anything that is music. Music is the most satisfying of all pleasures.

About Grinder-one(debut album)

Hi, my name is Martin but please call me Mart. Although I have been playing around with electronic music since the mid 80's(mainly electronic keyboards), I only started seriously recording and composing music in early 2007. I have just released my debut album 'The Drive' after 18 months of hard work though most of that was the learning curve which is music production. I hope you'll take time to listen to some of my tracks that currently feature in my music player and please...drop me a comment.

Louise	Nov 12 2009 7:40 PM Hello Mart..hope your day has been great...im very well thanks ;-)) having some time off to re-charge my batteries..i was having a few problems with my daughter getting bullied at school..last week it was my son...his situation is fine now. Looking forward to friday. The weather here is getting colder..not so bad today compared to the last 2 days..HAHA LOL you should have seen me with the wooly hat..scarf..boots and all...a bit like a KFC wrap hahaha lol The kids love the snow when it comes...i prefer it when it just fallen.. hate it when it turns to ice. And I have got to say that you are a very talented musician. I really enjoyed every single track and I got a few favorites that I keep visiting your myspace to listen to. Say my name is my all time favorites. What a chord sequence. So amazing and dramatic and the guitar theme. I love this track. Old Gold, Memorial Road, Home straight. I don't know what to say. This is a gorgeous album. And I wish you all the success. This is a magnificent project. I think this is great music. I listened to your tracks and they are very good, very atmospherical and have great beats to them too, i think my fav was memorial road i like that one alot. you are very talented. i hope one day to make music to the standard of yours. i am going to put some older tracks up of mine, i think you may like them, if you have time come and take a listen. KDV	Nov 5 2009 4:57 PM You old perfectionist you! It's one of those things with music. When you walk away and leave well alone for a while and go back, you normally think. Bloody hell! Did I really manage that?! If that's how you feel then there can't be too much wrong with what you're doing and there certainly isn't anything wrong with "The Drive's" tracks. There's also the danger of over cooking the mix and then turning something that had a the basis of a great melody or hook line and then losing it and the essence of what made a track good in the first place. So basically mate. SHUT UP! You've done a great job. NUFF SAID!
