Started in 2007 when Christie finished reading Deathly Hallows. She started looking online and found wizard rock! She then enlisted the help of her husband Eddie and her best friends, Tracy and Leah. Hawthorn & Holly are the wands of Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter in the book, but in this band stands for the joining of light and dark to create music that appeals to the Slytherin in us all, but also shows that nothing is greater than the power of friendship!

    Holy cow. I loved the cleverness of backing things up at the end of Time Turner. I never thought there could be a good use for that effect except to search for subliminal messages O.O Proven wrong. Super good use.
    So, I've seen you live twice now and still haven't picked up any of your CDs because bank account fail. I really liked you live and surprisingly, I like you just as much or more recorded. I could listen to The Villainous Tale of Flesh Blood and Bone on repeat. (Minor keys are totally my fave.)
    And... in case there's not enough fangirling in this comment, I was planning to skip the ones I'd heard at Sonorus/Incendio. Totally not happening. Your harmonies and layers make muggle bands wish they were this cool.

    PS- If you ever have a need to play a show in MD, I can hook you up.
