HYPNOWHEEL originated in Chattanooga, TN in 1997.
Initially members of different bands, the four got together
to play a Halloween show as a Kiss tribute band.
The ideas caught on and led to an explosion of shows
including the 1999 Atlanta Kiss Convention where
former Kiss guitarist Bruce Kullick sat in with the band.
In 2000 they decided to take off the make-up and platforms
to write original material. HYPNOWHEEL was born.
With classic influences like, Black Sabbath, Kiss
AC/DC, and 'newer' influences including Alice In Chains,
Metallica, and Foo Fighters, HYPNOWHEEL incorporates
all of these genres with a streaming stage performance
complete with pyrotechnics, smashing guitars
and the occasional fire breathing.
HYPNOWHEEL's goal is to be the band that they would
enjoy listening to and watching.In 2003 HYPNOWHEEL decided to perform as a trio.
