Lord Ezec from '90s New York hardcore legends SKARHEAD and CROWN OF THORNZ, announces plans for a brand new SKARHEAD album — the group's first since 1999's Victory Records full-length, "Kings At Crime". He also discusses deceased MERAUDER guitarist Javier "Sob" Carpio, who passed away in 2006.
