About iN [s]CissorS ® - Ins Haus der Hoelle -

iN sCissorS traces it's origins back in the Winter of MCMXCIX A.D. (1999) as an one man project moving in the fields of Dark Ambient/Neoclassical/Soundtrack music.

The project's name changed from Aes Sîdhe to Introvert Marionettes and finaly it came to take the name it has nowadays "iN sCissorS"

During the year of MCMXCIX A.D. and up to MMVI A.D. (1999 - 2006) there were various tracks recorded and experimentations done with the sound of iN sCissorS so as the music was formed to what I describe as "Cinematic Ambient". Meanwhile there was work being done on the visual part of the project since the music and the idea of iN sCissorS is that they are inseparably bound with visuals (Artwork, photography or Video). The iN sCissorS philosophy is to create a different realm or dimension to describe the environment the soundscapes and music depict.

In the year of MMVII A.D. (2007) the Polish underground label "No Angels Prod." comes up with a proposal in order to release the iN sCissorS' debut album "The Veratrine Evangelicum" in collaboration with the also Polish label "Beast of Prey" and so in the summer of MMVII A.D. (July 2007) "The Veratrine Evangelicum" is released as a limited edition of 150 copies and gets sold out in less than 6 months receiving very good critics from around the world.

In MMVIII A.D. (June 1st 2008) "The Veratrine Evangelicum" is re-issued by the U.S. underground label "Dark Winter Moon Recordings" as a limited edition of 100 copies.
