About me:

I haven't updated this in ages, because I spend more of my time on Facebook, you can added me if you wish : http://www.facebook.com/Dave.P.Robinson I love music in a big way. Both listening to and making. See my list of artists - these are the people that influence me. I like big, old synthesizers - but my favorite instrument is the classic Roland CompuRhythm CR-78. Mine's the black tolex-covered version and was lovingly restored by me over a period of days. Suffice to say it's almost mint now. I also have an incredible Korg OASYS, a Roland V-Synth v2, an Access Electronics Virus b, a Roland D-50, a Roland D-550 rack, a Korg M1, a Yamaha DX-7 mkI, a Roland PC-300 midi controller and a handful of drum machines, namely the Roland CR-78, Korg Mini Pops 7, Yamaha RX-21 and RX-11. Also a couple of classic effects units, a Roland SDE-1000 mono delay and an Electro-harmonix smallstone phaser. When I'm at work in the West End I'm part of a team that keeps the electronic wheels turning in Visual Effects, helping to ensure those Hollywood blockbusters deliver on time - and yes! we still proudly use analogue film....

Who I'd like to meet:

Just on here for friends.

Someone's gone missing in the sheets

A sudden smell of burning leaves

Artifacts that were used to build structures of sound

    Machines as clues to music.
