J and J (AKA GURU MONKEY) are a Dylan Tribute who play here and there, and wherever the wind blows. Out of deep respect for the words and music of Bob Dylan these two dedicated disciples decided to work alchemy and try to recreate the philosopher's stone and, thus, 'You Know Something's Happening Here' was tempered from the base elements that lay all around. The lyrics and essential chord sequences are all Bob Dylan's, and J and J salute him for giving them these gifts of verse and structure out of which they could fashion their own arrangements and send them forth into the mists and murk of the world. Please enjoy J and J'S humble efforts and attempts to capture the essence of a legend in his own time. Perhaps their time in space is short ... but for this brief moment, life may be beautiful.
