.. Hi there Jeff Leech first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people you can click the link below to visit our profile which wlil provide you with more information and also give you the link to our website! I wish you the best of luck in your music career. Thanks again for being our myspace pal.
I have a disc for you. its this song thingy i'm working on. A duet about a long distance love. Its just the basic idea. Anyway I want you to sing it with me. Can I drop it off at your place sometime? You can tell me what you think.
hey mr. leech well i reckon the way things are goin' these days a kids more glad to see or hear from his teacher outside of school than their teacher is to see or hear from them. used to be the other way around i bet. but i've just written me a folk song and i thought i'd give it to ya just for to get an opinion from someone i respect.
so here it is. i was inspired by a commercial with ellen page in it about the way things are in myanmar, and i was shocked that this leader they have is actually living (well i wasn't that shocked to tell you the truth)but here it is.
The silent genocide of Myanmar
Hitler is alive and well, oh I said Hitler is alive and well You were wrong if you thought that he was drinking martinis in the fiery depths of hell
Tha lai paw has never been young she ain't Never seen peace for a day Surrounded by the lead and the blood and the torture Never has she known any other way
Ask her if she’ll live in peace one day And she might smile in shame or nervousness You’ve never heard a voice like hers She said Do you understand? We are damned
The troops are at their doors They don’t hesitate to knock They just pull out their a k 47’s Like they’re getting’ paid for the job
They’ve got rape on the government agenda They’re got burning down homes too They’ve got torches, clauses and laws to make people Afraid of anything they want to do
Still here in North America we haven’t heard any of the news This new man’s got a face and a name But his militant ways Have not been spoken of Because we can’t rest if the news gets through
and i put it to guitar that's similar to this song.
