1977 Freddie Cesineros slaps guitar out of young boys hands and says ,you got to start all over man. Following years meets Robert Ealey ,U.P. Wilson,Doyle 1, Sumter, Colegrove and Yanaway and everyone else that was diggin' the scene.
After that Austin. Watch and learn time. Antones' was on Guadalupe st. and every Blues giant that was still hittin' it was there. Muddy, both Alberts' . Buddy, Pinetop I can't even begin to tell you who was there or just sittin' in .
Then band time for jime, Housewives'Choice . We went from Ska to Blues in about a three year peroid. Then Marcia Ball for another three years and the world was laid open . A beautiful thing ! Thanks Marcia. Then Hoo Doo Cats for a year . Then on my own, next a stint with Johnny Mack.............
Currently doing my own Thang and diggin' it.
2007 proved to be a fantastic year for our CD Blues Now Jazz Later it was selected as one of the top 5 Best self produced Cd's of the year and was picked by House of Blues Radio Hour as one of their top 30 Cd's of the year.
2008 has started off with a bang as well with articles in Gibson .com and a nice spread in Guitar World Magazine and the cover of Inside 76107.
Our new CD titled Someday will be released this Spring it features 13 new original tunes . This ones a lot Funkier in Flavor but still Blues at heart.
2009 finds me wood shedding jazz tunes and listening to all the Blues I thought I knew. Going back and regrouping.
Still digging the music .

HOLY SH#T! I'm listening to SOME DAY, and with every new track that comes up I think, "Okay, THAT's my Favorite!" and then the next comes. and I'm only half way. AT this moment, the back to back of THREE LEGGED ALLIGATOR and FALL OF A LIFETIME kept me up and dancing in the livingroom for not one but TWO DANCES! and I'm home SICK!
