In no particular order: Chopin, Dylan, Beethoven, Billy Holiday, Debussy, Janacek, Bartok, Stones, Clifford Brown, Monk, Anita O'day, Dianne Krall, Tom Waits, Sibelious, Ellington, Muddy Waters, Charles Ives, Blossom Dearie, Kurt Weill, Mahler,Tim Hardin, Ry Cooder, Christine Aguilera, Devil Doll, Screamin Jay Hawkins, and let's not forget the inimitable Spike Jones.

"Kissed" among the most amazing I've ever seen, the Marx brothers ~ Duck Soup and A Night at the Opera in particular, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Some Like It Hot, Blue Velvet, Sweet Smell of Success, Silence of the Lambs, and of course, most of Scorcese's and Fellini's work. I'm a fan too of the Coen and Farrelly brothers.
