Born in Naples in 1984, as an imposition on my parents, I started to play piano at the age of seven, than I moved on to violin, bass and finally, at the age of fourteen, the guitar! Even though I consider myself self-taught, I've studied with the best Italian Musicians/Teachers as Gennaro Cerzosimo, Carlo Fimiani, William Stravato, Alex Stornello, Luca Chiaramonte, Maurizio Villa, Pietro Condorelli. .. .. In 2004 I passed an exam in "Teoria & Solfeggio" (which literally means Theory & Solfege) at the "Conservatory of Music of Salerno". .. .. In 2005 I moved to L.A. where I attended the Musicians Institute of Hollywood, studying with Scott Henderson, Ross Bolton, Daniel Gilbert, Matt Baldoni, Jamie Findlay, Al Bonhomme and Keith Wyatt. .. .. Right now I'm accomplishing a major in "Jazz" at the "Conservatory of Music of Naples", producing video lessons for GuitarMasterClass.net, teaching privately, in local schools, for guitargetaways.com events and on-line with Skype, while maintaining a busy schedule of live gigs in different bands. .. ................ ...... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ......

Guitar Player - Teacher - Composer - Arranger - Producer Joe is a freelance session player, instructor and composer with more then ten years of experience. He teaches privately, on-line, in local schools and for Guitar Getaways events. He is also the author of guitar instructional videos for online websites and jingles for the Italian TV and radio. Education: Conservatory of Naples, Jazz Studies Musician Institute, GIT Berklee College of Music, Contemporary Writing and Production Nato a Napoli, vive da sempre tra l'Italia e gli Stati Uniti. A 14 anni imbraccia una chitarra e non la molla più. Diverse le partecipazioni a corsi nelle più prestigiose accademie musicali italiane. Dopo aver iniziato gli studi al conservatorio di Napoli vola prima a Los Angeles, poi a Dallas. Qui capisce che la musica è anche creazione artistica e non soltanto esecuzione. Per questo si iscrive al Berklee College of Music di Boston dove studia composizione musicale ed arrangiamento moderno, Film Scoring e composizione pubblicitaria. All’attivo ha la composizione delle musiche di spot per emittenti nazionali e l’arrangiamento di diversi album e colonne sonore.
