| General | Well, comedy, of course. And tennis, and golf and....women. Oh, acting too. But mostly the other three, not necessarily in that order. In fact, if I could make a beautiful woman laugh on the tennis court, that would be ideal. A tennis court on the beach in Maui!!! | | Music | The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Gavin De Graw, Jimmy Hendrix, Natalie Cole, Dick Dale, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Billy Joel, Maroon 5, U2.... oh, and I write songs too... I like those!!! | | Movies | Well, outside of the ones I made, I like old movies like Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, Dodsworth and Random Harvest. Newer ones (well, newer than those) like the Godfather, Woody Allen's comedies, Rocky, Terminator 2, and then newer ones like ... well, Clint Eastwood's movies, new and old... I'm just a big fan of movies... to the point where I spent my life trying to be in them and not just watch them!!! | | Television | Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock, the Golf Channel, the Tennis Channel, CNN, AMC, the Discovery Channel, ESPN, Spike TV | | Books | I'm all for books. But mostly, I read magazines. Magazines about cars, gadgets and women. | | Heroes | For me, it was Willie Mays, the Michael Jordan of Baseball (or is Michael Jordan the Willie Mays of Basketball?!) And then Woody Allen. And now? Hmmm....I'm going to go with my cats. |

About me:
Well, I started doing stand up comedy, about five years ago. I now do my show every Wednesday at my own club!!! The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club in Universal City Walk in Los Angeles!!! It feels like Hawaii. The stage has a backdrop of Waikiki, complete with palm trees and beach shacks, and on all three floors are paintings by the great artist, Wyland. We have a great atmosphere, great food and great comedians. It's always summer at my club.
