I write romance novels for Harlequin Mills & Boon (Medicals and Modern Heat); my 25th title for them, BREAKFAST AT GIOVANNI'S, won the RNA Romance Prize 2008. I'm currently working on my 34th.
I love cooking (though not the dieting that goes with it!) and most of my books contain a recipe - you can see them on my website.
I also write local history books as Pamela Brooks; and when I'm not writing I'm usually found practising the piano or guitar, fossicking in the archives, or out having fun with my husband, two children and a mad spaniel.
Blogging - ah, yes. Hobby of many romance authors. Mine's here if you want to come and say hello or see what I'm up to at the moment.
It's the weekend again!! Thank Goodness!! I needed the break. It was a busy week what with the release of Mirage and the DH being out of town. I actually had to play Mom again! LOL Hope the rest of the weekend is great for you!

Just sending out a big Alaskan HELLO and THANK YOU for being my friend.
Been working on my second book in the Dunvegan Wolf Clan series. The first,
HEART OF THE WINTER WOLF, has just been released in PAPERBACK at
www.newconceptspublishing.com. I'm excited and grateful -- MANY THANKS
to all my readers, friends and mentors for making this possible.
It's been a long summer but salmon fishing season ends this month and I'm hoping that life will have a "normal" routine again. (LOL -- Is there really any such thing as "normal"?)
Hope you had a great Labor Day weekend, and that this short week is a good one for you!
Thanks, Kate! I'm definitely going to take your advice (especially since I didn't even really think I'd written a romance - but now I think about it, that's what my ed was gunning for - she's so clever!!!)
Lovely to see you here! And thanks for the congrats. Germany have just accepted novel number 3 - yay! And BIG congrats on your 25th - that's fantastic!
