Sounds Like
Music.
In fact some would say that it actually is music. Sometimes.

Growing up playing any instrument he could find from the age of 4, Kid Handsome
inevitably went from rock musician to electronic producer over the past 3 years. The past 12 months have been a blur of successful releases on labels like Brandnewvibe, Aciitone and Alex Flatner's New League.
Despite absolute 'newcomer status', Kid Handsome has had his records supported by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo and 16 Bit Lolitas.
With even higher profile releases forthcoming, Kid Handsome still remains in studio-incubation mode, developing his already popular sound while occasionally venturing outside for live performances.

I read your blog on the Logic page, great stuff very interesting! What was the band you were in? Sounds like a pretty big leap from a rock band to a techno producer! I love techno myself (in small doses) but have yet to make the leap.

Sublet is LAW Recordings first step over the atlantic. This Dallas producer shows great promise with his personal deep tech, beautifully hypnotizing sounds. Soul Fry and second track on the release, Plateus, are just the kind of wonderfully funky tracks that eats their way into your head and stays. When you are safely swinging in the groove that little vocal in Soul fry or synth stab in the case of Plateus breaks it up and sweeps you into the rythm again Perfect tracks for those building style tech-house sets.
Third track Surfaces is a darker affair with a very warm layed back house beat to it. A solid building bass line takes you up to some acid spookyness towards the end. Hope you enjoy !
