Sounds Like
PLAN B : “Great chasmic dramas hide within the swooning dustbowl rumbles of these songs, blackly turbulent like 16 Horsepower or Lift To Experience, with a Wild West baroque feel akin to Okkervil River.”
METRO : "Classic outback brooding, recalling the deathly pallor of contemporary Australians The Drones, but also the intimate lethargy of Tindersticks."
LONDON TOUR DATES : “A brooding, country-noir masterpiece.”
UNCUT : “Well worth investigating.”
BIG ISSUE : “Like taking a drunken waltz through a candlelit room, Last Harbour delight in all that is nocturnal and sinister.”
TERRORIZER : “Occasionally witty, always elegant, Last Harbour is for the discerning ear.”
DROWNED IN SOUND : “Bewitching."
ARTROCKER : "The final frontier of funeral pop."
Last Harbour are a Manchester-based band playing rustic, cinematically atmospheric songs that rattle and loom, at once epic and intimate, harsh and beautiful. The seven-piece band operate as a collective of like-minded musicians, all of whom are involved in other artistic work including illustration, photography, writing, filmmaking and recording. K Craig’s distinctive papercuts illustrate much of the band’s artwork. The band have had the honour of touring and playing alongside Willard Grant Conspiracy, Michael Gira (Swans/Angels of Light), Dirty Three, Grails, Califone, The Handsome Family, Devendra Banhart, David Thomas Broughton, Mark Mulcahy, Black Heart Procession, Johnny Dowd and Danny Saul. Get in touch here or via info@lastharbour.co.uk if you are interested in booking the band or just want to ask how much we like space echo.

Trespassers William (Seattle, US) are the duo of Matt Brown and Anna-Lynne Williams. A new EP, The Natural Order of Things, is set to be released on Gizeh Records. They will make a church performance with special guests.
Glissando (Sheffield, UK) “have the kind of atmosphere that can captivate and relax in equal measure- never before has tranquillity sounded so urgent. While track lengths of over 10 minutes may fail to hold the attention of the ADHD sufferers among us, with patience it plays like a majestic dream. And it's one you'll never want to wake up from."
